Information:

The "three Moss boys" must have been memorable when in town. When Louise Vaughn Rockwell wrote about the people she remembered from the Town of Bates she wrote: "A farmer by the name of Moss had three sons and lived near the new school."

1930:
Dee was living with his grandmother, Willie M. Cagle (moss5001) at 44 Main Street in Bates Town, Cole Township, Scott County, Arkansas . He was working as a truck farmer.

Dee and La Verne followed his brothers to the Butte County area of northern California. His brother Jimmy's wife Erva had family living in Live Oak.[Laverne]
